Wellness with May Anne's Mission
Wellness with May Anne works with women and helps them to realize just how good they were meant to feel at any age, and to have more energy and feel better in their skin, so they are able to live life to the fullest!
Us women tend to put everyone and everything else first, without taking the time for ourselves that we need and crave. We put our time and energy into our family, our careers and everything else - and put ourselves on the back burner.
One day, years later, we look at ourselves in the mirror and think "what happened to me?" We don't look or feel like ourselves anymore, our confidence levels are down the drain and we're tired of the restrictive diets and quick fixes that don't last and make us feel like failures. We know we need to make a change - but with all of the conflicting information out there, we don't know where to start.

I help women discover a strategic way of eating that boosts their metabolism and balances their blood sugar and hormones, so they have more energy and feel comfortable in their clothes, without relying on WILLPOWER, giving up everything they love or spending hours in the kitchen.
Feeling good in your body and having loads of energy is achieved by BALANCING BLOOD SUGAR and HORMONES AND BOOSTING METABOLISM (because these have EVERYTHING to do with how we feel!) When you do that, you're able to feel good in your body again, be at a healthy weight, and you aren't so tired halfway through the day.
I don't believe in dieting, counting calories or weighing food, and as a busy woman myself, I know that eating healthy cannot be complicated or mean spending hours in the kitchen or making separate meals for the family!

HOLISTIC NUTRITION includes our MIND, BODY and LIFESTYLE. Each one of these plays a role in our health and what affects one, affects the other. For lasting success, it is ESSENTIAL that each component is addressed.
