Since doing May Anne’s Slim Down Program I’m able to accept that I’m not going to be perfect every day, and that tomorrow is a new day.
I’ve struggled my whole life with weight issues but the one on one meetings with May Anne really helped to put things into perspective with my eating. I’m a very negative person, but my 6 weeks with May Anne has influenced my thinking and I’ve started to break my old habit.
The shopping list and meal plans are so helpful. I really like the fact that meals can be switched with others.
I’ve incorporated more fats into my diet, as well as learning different ‘hacks’ for some breakfast and snack ideas.

The positive changes I have experienced since doing May Anne's Slim Down Program have been less jitteriness from not consuming as much sugar as I used to.
Paying attention now to the hidden amounts in many foods. I was surprised at the amount of sugar in the recent coleslaw that I purchased.
Most of my intestinal discomfort of alternating diarrhea and constipation has all but disappeared.
I haven’t had a set of weigh scales for a long time. I’m noticing that my clothes are not so snug, and I’m retaining less fluid. As a result, more energy.
I liked the variety of food choices that May Anne shared with us, and the recipes. I enjoyed the weekly emails and I appreciated offers of coaching. I sent emails that were answered. That meant a lot to me.
I’ve learned the importance of eating healthy foods at regular intervals. And I’ve become very aware of how awful I feel the day after I have decided to cheat. Once wasn’t too bad, but two days in a row and I felt miserable. Also, I hadn’t realized the importance of having a protein snack before bedtime.
I would definitely recommend this program, partly because I have known May Anne for many years. She is intelligent, trustworthy, and honest. If she doesn’t have an immediate answer to your question, I am sure she would research to find out. She is kind, mature, respectful and sincere, and she is interested in people.

The positive changes I’ve experienced since doing May Anne’s In-Person, Group Slim Down program are weight loss, feeling better and feeling better about myself.
I find that I’m eating better and more regularly. I found the meal plans and grocery shopping list very helpful.
I’ve learned proper portion sizes, the proper foods to eat and that just because a food says that it’s good for you and may seem like it’s good for you, it may not be.
