As a Holistic Nutritionist, I have been trained to assess nutritional gaps in a person's life, which may lead to sickness or disease. Detailed assessment forms help me come to an understanding of what your overall lifestyle, health and nutrition goals are. A detailed and individualized wellness plan will be put together for you that addresses your nutritional imbalances and other imbalances in your life to achieve overall health and wellness.
